Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our business, exchanges or returns are not accepted after 14 days of delivery date. No items will be accepted for exchange without a return authorization code. To obtain this code contact us via e-mail, and we will call you to resolve your concerns and give you an authorizing code. Any item marked clearance cannot be exchanged. All undergarments and swimwear products sales are final.
To return, place authorization # on outside of box; we cannot except returns without this code. Parcel will be marked refused without this code. All return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We suggest insuring all returns. We cannot be responsible for damages incurred during the return shipping process.
All returns must be in original condition, with all original packing and tags still attached, along with invoice and reason for return.
Worn items or cleaned items cannot be returned.
In-store credit will be issued after merchandise is received and is valid for 9 months. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable. WE HAVE FOUND THAT MOST RETURNS ARE CAUSED BY THE WRONG SIZE BEING ORDERED,so if you have any questions on sizes please e-mail your questions to us so we may contact you with your concerns.

ALL ORDERS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII PLEASE ADD $10 TO THE SHIPPING COST.
CANADIAN RESIDENTS PLEASE ADD $15.00 TO SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.

Damaged Goods Policy
Our shipping department inspects all products before shipping. If by some chance a damaged product does get shipped, call us to resolve the problem and we will ship a replacement as soon as you return it.
If a product is damaged in shipping, first contact the shipper and then us and we will work with you and the shipper to resolve any issues.
